Artichoke Spinach Crab Dip Recipe

1 Jar Greenbrier Artichoke and Spinach Dip

4 oz. Cream Cheese

3 Cloves Garlic Crushed

1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

2 Tablespoons Grated Asiago Cheese

  • Heat first three ingredients in a microwave/oven proof dish for two minutes until melted and well blended.
  • Fold in crab and heat an additional two minutes to warm the crab meat
  • Mix well and top with two tablespoons grated asiago cheese and broil until golden brown
