GET READY FOR BODY WEIGHT BOOT CAMP!

A body weight resistance camp for area adults age 18 and up. This fitness camp consists of a 50-minute body weight exercise routine. The training curriculum will target the improvement of core strength, mobility and cardio respiratory fitness. Intensity level is low to moderate.

In a few days, you will receive a follow-up introduction email from your instuctor with a waiver form attached. Nothing will be mailed.

Boot Camp Dates: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (May 20, 2019-June 25, 2019)

Pricing: $129 per individual (plus tax)

Start Time: 5:30pm (50 minute duration)

Maximum Class Size: 25
