Buffalo Bleu Cheese Chicken Dip Recipe
Ingredients
8 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Tab. Oil
3 Tab. Greenbrier Drapers Chicken and Pork Rub
1 Jar Greenbrier Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dip 11 oz.
8 oz. package Cream Cheese
8 Ribs of Celery finely diced
3 Tab. Chopped Parsley for Garnish
- Pre-heat oven to 350*
- Clean and trim chicken, treat with a Jaccard to tenderize (sold in The Greenbrier Gourmet Shop), treat with oil and spice rub
- Sear chicken for one minute on each side and transfer to the oven to complete the cooking process 160* internal
- Soften cream cheese and blend together with buffalo bleu cheese dip and celery
- Shred the chicken and combine with the cream cheese mixture
