The Greenbrier offers two shipping company options, FedEx or UPS.  When ordering, please select the option that will ensure timely delivery of your order. Shipping charges for Greenbrier online orders are based on the shipping method selected.

  • No Christmas Day delivery is available.
  • We cannot guarantee shipping carriers’ delivery by December 24.
  • Greenbrier Peaches and Greenbrier Chocolates ordered after Noon EST on Friday will be shipped overnight on Monday for Tuesday delivery with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • Overnight shipping ordered after Noon EST on Friday will be shipped overnight on Monday for Tuesday delivery with the exception of Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • Saturday delivery is not available.
  • Different shipping & handling charges and tax may apply for items purchased from a store at The Greenbrier whether in-person or via phone call.

Ordering

Once you log into your account, you will automatically open your My Account Dashboard.  From there click on My Orders to view your recent orders.
