8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Greenbrier Raspberry Salsa
1/2 pound 16/20 shrimp, cooked
- In a food processor, blend cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Raspberry Salsa and continue to blend until fully incorporated.
On the side, rough chop cooked shrimp and fold into cream cheese/raspberry mixture.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
This festive dip is excellent to serve any time of the year whether at a summer get together or a holiday party.
