3 pounds of chicken, cut into quarters
One 16 oz. jar Kate’s Mountain Barbecue Sauce
Pan sear chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides, 5 to 7 minutes. Place chicken in an oven proof baking dish and smother with Kate’s Mountain Barbecue Sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until tender. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Spoon excess sauce evenly over the chicken pieces and serve.
