1 raw turkey breast cut off the bone (skin on)
1/2 cup Greenbrier Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
1/2 cup Greenbrier Raspberry Wasabi Dipping Mustard
1/2 cup Greenbrier Clover Honey
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1/3 cup fresh chopped thyme
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Place turkey breast in a large roasting pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients together and use to baste the turkey every 20 minutes until turkey is fully cooked. The internal temperature should be 180 degrees. This Honey Mustard Roasted Turkey is also excellent served hot or cold in a sandwich.
