When you do business with The Greenbrier, you're getting the best guarantee available. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us as soon as possible.

  • Products returned within six (6) months of the order date will be refunded by original payment method.
  • Products returned six months or more after the order date will be refunded by on-line or electronic gift card.
  • If we make a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly refund the shipping charges.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed for food and/or beverage items.

Return Shipping Instructions

If you make a return, replacement or exchange, please follow these directions to ensure a prompt return and quick replacement, exchange, or refund:

Place unworn garments with original tags in sturdy packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) you are returning.

If you do not have your invoice, please enclose your Customer Number, Order Number, Full Name and Billing Address with your return package. Enclosing this information helps us expedite your return.
