1) What is The Historic Preservation Fund?

The Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) of 6.5% is collected to preserve and protect landscapes, buildings, and amenities that have played a meaningful role in The Greenbrier's past while carefully integrating continuous improvements for the future. The proceeds from this fund will also have an important economic, environmental, and educational impact on the resort and surrounding communities. We want future generations to be able to experience and discover their own connections to The Greenbrier.
