Santa Fe Salsa Recipe

1 ear fresh corn
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
1 Granny Smith apple
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 jar Greenbrier Raspberry Salsa

    Remove the corn from the cob, dice peppers, apple and onion. Finely chop cilantro. Toss everything together with the Greenbrier Raspberry Salsa and serve. This recipe may be made ahead. For the best flavor allow to come to room temperature before serving. Santa Fe Salsa is wonderful service with grilled shrimp, chicken, steak, pork, or with tortilla chips.
